Seawall Inspections

The best insurance for your seawall is a professional inspection by Collier Seawall & Dock. We provide an inspection of the seawall and surrounding area at no cost. In addition, we can provide a list of proactive recommendations with a free estimate. If any major work is required we will propose a solid plan of action.

Residential Maintenance Contract

Being proactive in protecting and extending the longevity of your boat lifts and dock is solved by our Maintenance Service Agreement. We serve your lift two times a year. This is for normal maintenance service, but if a problem is found outside normal maintenance, we will let you know what work we feel needs to be completed and the approximate cost with a 10% discount on all parts. Items include but are not limited to: greasing the lift, check and lubricate cables, check and tighten belts or chains, check motor covers, pulleys, bunks, decking, strips, fish table,ladder, sub-structure, piling and French drain.

Commercial Maintenance Contract

It is not just private residences which require a seawall and boat lift maintenance. Clubs, marina, condominium complexes, restaurants, hotels and the like are in the same 'boat"! That is why we've introduced the 'Annual Commercial Maintenance Agreement". This agreement is for our trained, experience technicians to visit sites and conduct an inspection utilizing an agreed upon individual checklist - recommending items which may need repair or preventive maintenance. The customer is able to set the number of visits per year thus determining the cost.

Seawall Maintenance

We have developed a Seawall 101 list, outlining items most important to the long life and care of your seawall. Whether the seawall is rusting, corroding, has cracks in the cap, has weep holes that need cleaning or sink holes visible in the French Drains - let us assist you.

Dock Maintenance

Some docks are sold as 'maintenance free', however a little washing and rinsing never hurts. Just as staining wood strips helps to prevent bowing, washing off your deck with the hose while you're washing the lift and cables can extend the life of boat lift parts.

Boat Lift Maintenance

After we install your new boat lift, we do not walk away never to be seen or heard from again. We provide training for operating and maintaining your new boat lift. A full demonstration of the operations of your boat lift, reviews how to turn the power on and off through all the lifts functions and how to care for the transmitter. We also explain guide poles and review the location of the grease fittings and safety issues.
